today probally won't be good cuz i'm at work then have to run around with the kids...sorry i missed ur call the first one I was with the baby, she wasn't feeling well and yesterday I was in the car and just had such a busy nite I never sat down till like 9 pm. Saturday would be great...anytime after 12 my time if you can.

Hi there! I haven't updated or blogged lately...Sorry! I did well over the holidays, all things considered...I did 2 different Thanksgiving dinners (Thurs and Sat) and only ate 1 plate of food at both! I have worked out every other day, only missing one workout! Being held accountable really helps me!

Hey Bruce! I am soooo thankful to be able to be more active. I think I kinda missed it (never thought I'd say that!).
We are scheduled for 2pm central time tomorrow. Can we move it? I'm available anytime before 11am central (going to pilates) or between 3-5pm central.
