About Me
Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. It has been an ongoing thing for me for far too long. I need to reverse the curse and get back down to my pre-military weight.

Thanks for the tip! But I thought I made the rules pretty clear. Can you please let me know what I am missing? I read the competition rules of the other member who's competition starts the same time as mine and I've included every detail in mine as she did hers. What else would you want me to include in there? Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback!! :)

Hey Steve! I love reading your journal - You are a really eloquent writer! The analogy of "consistency" to "the blister" set off a light bulb for me - :) Thanks for the insight!

Hey Steve!
Thanks so much for your comment over the weekend. I unfortunately missed the train. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Here it is Wednesday and I still haven't gotten my motivation back. And here is the thing...I feel horrible about it...depressed even and I know how to get out of the funk it's just for some reason I'm not doing it! WTH is wrong with me? I'm grabbing my empty bottle and filling it up with water now. Gotta break the cycle like you said. Here I go!

Hey, I try to stick to a low carb diet. I eat lots of fruits and veggies with lean protein. No sodas, no bad carbs what so ever! I also try to eat small meals like 5 times a day. I snack on things like yogurt, nuts and fruit. Hope this helps!
