Main Goal

I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. It is the hardest thing I have ever tried to accomplish and always seem to do well then fall off again. I am trying to make life changing choices, do not want anymore diets... they do not work. I work out everyday and love it... but I also need to learn to eat 5 to 6 small meals. I usually only eat one meal a day and have since I was about 10 yrs. old. I want to weigh between 155 to 175 lbs; so I have a long way to go!!! Wish me luck!

About Me

I love to swim and I am soooo happy that the water is warming up at the beach- because it is time to get back in the water!!! I also love to dance and workout, but it seems losing weight is so hard to do not matter what I try.
