Hey, sorry it's taken me so long to respond. Actually I do have tips, if you go to my journal you can find my workout and try it (*at your own risk, I'm not responsible if you get hurt lol). Do only what you can handle. I do more now because I have to continue to challenge my body. If you do more then what is there, then don't hurt yourself! Eat fist size portions and have atleast 2-3 things on your plate. Fish or white chicken is best. Eat your veggies and your fruit and snack on cereal instead of cookies or chips =)

Not in college anymore until late next year. I was going to an Art & Design college so no archery there =). Definitely would like to find a place where I can though. That's awesome that it burns calories like that each hour, bonus!

Archery! Always wanted to try that, are you good at it?

Hey thanks for the reply, sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. Things are going good for me. I'm slowly getting closer to my goal but a plateau is trying to get a hold of me!! Have to fight it off by giving my training a little more 'oomph' lol. You know, just a suggestion but I've made rediculous goals (as you say) for myself too but those end up discouraging you and leaving it easier for you to fall off track. Have you ever considered just trying to goals like "I want to lose 4 lbs in the next 2 weeks" or "2 lbs a week for 4 weeks"? Rather than making a 20lb goal that even you said yourself was rediculous in such a short period of time. I really think that it would help but that's just me cuz these are all things I've learned from. Now I just make small goals and small steps. One of my favorite quotes that helped me realize that problem was "Success isn't a destination, it's a journey." It really is too =)

Hey Windy, I love that picture of you. You look so pretty! How are you doing? If you need a push girl, let me know. It's always nice to have support!

Hey, that would be a great idea. When I went to college I actually did the same thing, my first class was at 8:30 and then some days depending on the class, I didn't have another one till around 12:30. So it was either I had a long boring wait or I worked out at the gym on campus. You will do well with that, good luck!

You know what, don't even worry if you can't reach your goal for the challenge. Because to be honest, neither am I but I've set myself a personal goal to keep me motivated. I want to be 139 by August 31st. I originally wanted to be 125 but I goofed so why don't you try that too. Give yourself an easy goal and do it :) Good Luck and it's great to hear from you!

Hey Windy, just updating you on the stats and wanted to know how you are doing, haven't heard from you in awhile. You are in 8th place and 11% to your goal weight. Keep it up, persistence pays off!
