      <title>First Day</title>
      <description>So I have been tracking my calorie intake for about 2 weeks now and lost around 3 lbs.  I am officially starting my triumph today.  I took a b-12 1000 mg pill today and had more energy than usual :) I also took in 948 calories roughly.  Turning down chocolate and sweets are HARD!! &lt;br/&gt;Today I ate:&lt;br/&gt;2 cups coffee, each with 1/2 cup milk and one tablespoon sugar&lt;br/&gt;small banana &lt;br/&gt;fruit bar&lt;br/&gt;3 bacon and onion roll ups&lt;br/&gt;jalapeno popper&lt;br/&gt;grilled cheese sandwich with one slice cheese&lt;br/&gt;half cup of tomato bisque soup&lt;br/&gt;a bite of reeses&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;TOMORROW's GOAL:  NO SUGAR and WORKOUT FOR 30 mins </description>
