      <description>&lt;img alt="Butterfly_1_" src="/uploads/journal_entry/image/54835/butterfly_1_.jpg?" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amazing how one day of diet debauchery can throw you off your game!  finished strawberries and merlot last night so there's no bad things in my house now.&lt;br/&gt;My scale moved finally, just in the wrong direction!!!&lt;br/&gt;159. today&lt;br/&gt;Yesterday: 10770 steps so says my Bodybugg&lt;br/&gt;Calories Consumed: 1732&lt;br/&gt;Calories Burned:  2254&lt;br/&gt;Deficit:  522&lt;br/&gt;Running total: 522&lt;br/&gt;I started a new running total since I have no idea what my numbers were on Sunday.&lt;br/&gt;Ran 2.06 miles: 28 minutes&lt;br/&gt;Playlist favorite: Eddie Money Peace in Our Time</description>

      <title>Breakfast and lunch homemade smoothies</title>
      <description>Experimenting with creating new habits I'm trying something new.  I'd really like to eat one meal a day (taken from Elijah Muhammads book 'How to Eat to Live')  but I don't want to skip out on breakfast and lunch nourishment.  I'm trying breakfast and lunch smoothies. Mixing fruit, veggies, almond milk, ice and spirulina (hope I spelled that right).  They're really filling and pack with nutrition and they're good.  It's Tuesday May 15 and I'm gonna try this on for 7 days to see if I like them enough to add it to my regular regular eating habit.... to be continued</description>

      <title>Happy about Monday</title>
      <description>I am happy about Monday the beginning of the week.  I am so excited to say that after walking my regular 2.2 miles with the neighbor this morning, I am trying to work up the nerve to go to the gym this morning to get on the elliptical machine for about an hour.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My weight loss goal affirmation for today are as follows:&lt;br/&gt;      I am healthy, wealthy, joyful, beautiful, motivated, energetic and wise.  &lt;br/&gt;My weight has decreased by 100lbs and I am consciously where I want to  be with my weight. &lt;br/&gt;I am thankful to the universe, for it response to me in my weight-loss journey; and I am seeing the results of a good and healthy living with me and my family.&lt;br/&gt;                   &lt;br/&gt; </description>
