To A New ME

Today I am making a change. It may be little, but it's a start. I promised Christina we would start walking at least 30 minutes a day, and a little 30 minute workout. Hopefully I can keep my word, especially for her sake.

Thank you, I agree. Especially when my partner is my 8 yr old daughter who is also over weight. I want us both to have a better lifestyle.
