Three Weeks Straight!

Well, it's been three weeks since I started to really get serious about exercising. I have not missed a day, even though a couple of times the day has been so hectic that dinner isn't quite ready, I haven't had a shower and the laundry is piling up BUT, I got my exercising done! My baby girl loves to lie on my stomach everytime I do situps, I don't know if she is trying to help me out or not, but even that little bit of extra weight on my tummy makes it hard! My son likes to immitate me doing cardio and wants to get on the treadmill with me! I want my kids to know fitness is just a part of everyday life and that it just becomes routine. I do not want overweight children and I don't want them to have an overweight mom. I know that three weeks is not long but I didn't put on all my weight in three weeks either...I just have to keep telling myself to be patient and persistant...good things come to those who wait!

I like your attitude - it does take patience. Way to be a good example for your kids. That is the best thing you can do for them. Keep up the hard work and you'll see the pounds drop!
