Main Goal

I don't want to gain the weight that I loose back. I lost it so fast last time I gained it back..
I won't deprive myself of certain foods just so I can loose this weight.
I will eat a light snack if I do get hungry at night.
I am going to work out every other day.
I am going to base my the food I eat off of the guidelines my nutritionalist gave me to follow.

Previous Diets

I was in a previous weight loss bet. I learned a few things that I will put into play for this competition. I don't diet. I don't agree with that. If your going to loose weight think long term and change habits to prevent from gaining the weight back.

Favorite Workouts

My favorite workout machine is the cross ramp. I wish I had the money to own one. I would love to do a marathon but I want to do one of the obstacle marathons.

Things To Do Before I Die

hahaha...I have a bucket list. 1. I want to go into the butterfly room in the animal museum in Washington D.C. 2. Mesa Verde 3. Canada 4. England 5. Road trip to see various items/churches

Favorite Activities

Spending time with my family and friends, taking care of my family, grocery shopping with Martha, Nicole and Stephanie, and just having fun.

Favorite Music

KLOVE definately KLOVE...It is an amazing radio station...I am beginning to like Josh Groban. Reba, Mary Chapin-Carpenter, Michael W. Smith, Hillsong, Bruno Mars, Brad Paisley and many many more.

Favorite Movies

Pride & Prejudice, Jane Austen Movies, Gilmore Girls Series and Beauty and the Beast
