Chris,
Not gotten into any exercise regime yet myself although am working on portion control though with limited success as we celebrated Billy's 18th birthday yesterday with mac and cheese and chocolate cake. Let's try to get outside for a good walk every day while we're in Canada, what do you say. An easy way to slide into the exercising regime when you have a buddy to do it with you. OK? See you tomorrow. In the midst of packing up today and tying up loose ends for being away a month. P.

Chris
I just started working out this morning. It felt good but was hard and I could only do about 2/3 of the workout. It'll come back after several days I hope.
portion control is the hardest thing for me.

Chris,
Correct weight now in. Yikes. Gained 10 lbs on top of the 8 lbs incorrect scale weight. I'm really going to make an effort to walk daily while on vacation. If not, after a month away, I'll be a walking butterball. Hope all goes well there now that you're back home. Bud and I still enjoy looking at all your efforts in the dining room and green bathroom. Thanks a million again for your help. Looking forward to seeing you next week. P.

thanks for the message... Good luck with your move.. where are you moving to?
I joined a Taekwando studio. both my children go as well so it is a nice family activity.. I'm hoping that as i advance thru the color belts I can see some good changes... White belt now..I did a tournament with the kids this weekend. Talk about stepping out of comfort zone. It felt good to be active and i know the next tournament i will be an orange belt and feel even better...

Hey Chris. Yes it is amazing. My problem now is that I cannot get below the 235 range. Whenever I get close, my eating sabotages the effort. Any suggestions?

No matter the immediate result, keep true to the program and keep working it, the results will come in time as the numbers do not lie!
Also with the evening cravings, satisfy it with some Bengal Spice tea. It's mostly water, warming and tastes a bit sweet, but no calories! and satisfies the craving. Works great. Second method is just wait 30 minutes after the craving starts and see if it's still there, often its just nervous energy or previous habit...

Thanks for the posters. We have them up on the frig. Positive reinforcement would be good too.
I did Jillian and Tony's Ab Ripper X this am and my quads are sore for some reason. Go figure.
