Lol, let's see here...Curves, Weight Watchers, South Beach, some Pilates diet that came with my DVD set, I've tried counting calories, fat grams, not eating, working out too much, you name it, I've tried it.

Favorite Workouts

Step aerobics, Tae Bo, sometimes just running on a treadmill while listening to good music is fun.

Things To Do Before I Die

Finish graduate school, get married, raise a family. I would like to hit my goal weight before I die too :)

Favorite Activities

Watching movies, haning out with friends, working out.

Favorite Music

Everything. Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Pop, Country, etc.

Favorite Movies

Again, everything. I mostly like comedies I guess, especially romantic comedies. Employee of the Month, Talladega Nights, Dirty Love, but I also like chick flicks, A Walk To Remember, When A Man Loves a Woman...

Favorite TV Shows

Nip/Tuck, Sex and the City, Six Feet Under, Grey's Anatomy, Weeds, October Road

About Me

I'm 27 and have been doing LA weight loss since last October. I haven't been very diligent about it lately though and I have have been slowly gaining weight :( It has nothing to do with the plan, it has to do with my losing motivation. Would like to lose a minimum of 9 pounds but 13 would be nicer :) Update: That slow gain, the holidays and quitting smoking (but I started again) have lead me to need to lose 18 to 22 pounds :(

Finals are always a crazy time. Do you best to get the workouts in that we talked about - and good job with your food choices! Keep it up!
