Main Goal
I would LOVE to lose at least 65 pounds before my June 2008 Wedding. I know that is a high goal, so I am going 20 pounds at a time. I want to lose weight to better my health, and also to be able to have more energy to play with my kids! I am only 25 years old and I can't keep up with them!

I see last week was a little slow with the exercise so let's try and put in 2 days this week.... I have been pushing myself to do atleast 4 days and overall i feel a lot better.... and i sleep better at night.... good luck with this week... you can do it!!!!

congratulations on those 2lbs.. that is very, very, good... keep up the good work.... my weight is at a stand still but i still keep pushing and continue to exercise and i want you to do the same.. let's shoot for two pounds this week and an extra day of exercise... you can do it... you've got me motivated to get over my hump...
