I have struggled with the battle of consistency. When I do work out I enjoy it and I enjoy the results. But I often get distracted which throws me off track. This year I endeavor to complete my weight loss goal.

I think using this site will really help me. I'm also thinking about joining weight watchers . I need the accountability to stay on track. Take Care

Good Luck with your goal. I too have been on this journey for awhile. I know that this time I am truly dedicated to being a size healthy.
