Previous Diets

atkins, southbeach, weight watchers, metabolife, exercise, slim fast, a few other diet pills, pills and more stupid pills... NOTHING WORKED!!! I have found the problem with these diets are, just that. They are diets, they are not life changes, they don't eliminate toxins from your body (which is what fat is anyway), nor do they replenish your body with the vitamins, minerals and nutritiants it is desperately lacking... check out the #1 nutritional cleansing system.... let me know if I can share the info with you!

Favorite Workouts

walk your way slim... its easy but not too easy. I also like circuit training, but I have no motivation without a partner, I love walk jog, run...and aerobics when Im at my goal weight

Things To Do Before I Die

loose the last 30 lbs, publish my book, share this nutrional program with as many people as possible, share God with as many people as possible.. OH yeah, and TRAVEL!!!

Favorite Activities

camping, biking, boating, hiking, snowboarding, horseback riding, body surfing, snorkling, rafting, tubing, basking in the sun, dancing, bible study, writing, working, playing, shopping (not really, I just like to have new stuff, but I'd skip the shopping process)

Favorite Music

I LOVE and appretiate ALL kinds!!! Love to see live bands and concerts, love to blast the stereo and dance, also love to quietly listen to songs that speak to me.

Favorite Movies

300, must love dogs, saw I, napolian dynamite, dirty rotten scoundrals, billy madison, PS i love you...wow, theres just too many...

Favorite TV Shows

I have a love hate relationship with american idol, aside from that...rules of engaement, king of queens, still standing, Reba, but i really don't watch much TV

Favorite Books

Bible, For Women Only, Love and Respect, and The Purpose Driven Life

Other Interests

I love art, my family, my friends, animals, mountains, beaches, fire, traveling, and God

About Me

I am 35, I live in Colorado... I was WAY overweight a year ago, I found a program that helped me in such an enormous way. I released almost all of the weight, now I am trying to maintain and share with others this phenomenal program (not a diet) that truely changed my life! By being even slightly overweight we are susceptable to over 62 degenerative diseases!!! even if you are not overweight, the toxins we consume daily go directly to our vital organs. With this program I found, I have so much more energy, more restful sleep, I no longer fear the Cancer cells returning to my body, my self esteem is through the roof and now I have this amazing gift I want to give to anyone that wants it!!! and I want to release the last 30lbs or so before bikini season! anyone want help or wanna help?

I have spent the last couple of weeks struggling with old habits and bad food choices. After thinking about some of the things I have done over the last couple of weeks I have some self-loathing issues which come out when I know I have failed regardless of what I failed at. My response is to eat all the bad things that gives you that euphoria after eating things with fats, sugars, and salts. I have to learn the habit of not punishing myself for mistakes and move on to conitnue in a positive direction. Get you mind right and good things happen!.

How are things going! You haven't posted in a while. My message for the week...

My failure this week is my fault. I could blame it on stress, work, relatives, friends, the dog but the truth is that only I can choose to do the right things for weight loss success!
