"No, really, doctor ~ I know it looks like love handles, but it's really...um...kidney padding. Yeah! My uncle's body might reject it, but it definitely needs to go with my kidney." Think they'd go for it!?

Congratulations! Getting married is very exciting. Good luck with the weight loss and thanks for the friend request.

Thanks for the cute baby comment! I think so, but I'm highly biased. Holy donating kidney, Batman! That's awesome! And do you know where my mind went? "I wonder how much a kidney weighs?" Ugh.

Walking a ton gets it done. (Oh my hell, that rhymed.) Plus, when you have a great motivator like a wedding, it's easier to stay focused on your goals. And now you have all of us to keep cheering you on! You'll get there in no time!

Hello from Virginia!

Absolutely! This site is incredibly motivational, and I for one can use all that anyone can offer!

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I'm guessing your fiancee is a Meyers? People are so clever with screen names. But what will you do when you're a current Meyers? Ah, tricky.

So what's your plan of attack? How are you going to lose that thirty pounds before your wedding?

lmao I just left this message on my page instead of yours! But here is what I meant to write to you!

No actually I have not done a competition yet, what has helped me soo far is some of the woman on here, there are guys too but haven't met any, but they are just soo motivational! Just by saying keep up the good work, or checkin in on you ever day or every soo often, it just really helps. And to write a journal really helps because your friends and others can see it and see where you are struggling and offer help and tell you about their experiences and what has helped them. Than you look at them and they are doing good and losing weight and it just motivates you to do the same thing. So keep your head high! How much do you want to lose before your wedding??

Ahh I see you just answered that lol. Well still if you eat healthy along with do whatever exercise you can do like the walking I'm sure you will lose some! I had my gallbladder out and it took a little bit of time to re-coop. But do things with your arms to tone them up if you need that at all and than when you can walk and tone up that way to shed some pounds than do that as well. There is even a DVD out there for woman who have just had kids cause there is a limit on what they can do, ask your Dr. what you can do to lose some while you are recovering.

Well Congrats on Getting Married and I see you are in Ohio! I used to live along Lake Erie, now we are in WV. This site is really awesome! Keep adding friends cause let me tell you at the beginning I didn't think this site would work, but this past week I have had more people help motivate me than ever before! So if you need a hand just ask! Will be glad to encourage you as well! Thanks for the add!
