Thanks for the encouraging words Tara. As per my latest journal entry, I'm sick! BOO! But when I'm better I'll be right back on track! We'll get to our goal for sure!!!!

The holidays won! Will I ever be able to get back on track! We've never been this many pounds separate. I really screwed up!

Hey! Thanks for the encouragement!- and yes there is nothing more frustrating than struggling over the same pounds...I have found that being consistent and eating smaller portions 6 times per day every 2-3 hours works - if I don't eat often and enough my body goes into storage mode...for a while I took a break from restaurants and it made a big difference - I just got back from a cruise and had a blast but blew up 8 lbs in 7 days =( So back on track now with lots of veggies grilled meats fruits oatmeal protein shakes and water water water (at least 1 gallon per day)
I also exercise alot - cardio and weights and that ups the metabolism and keeps me calm and happy... hope this helps =)
