About Me

Hello, I just turned 26 and I am at my heaviest weight ever....205 lbs. I was in the military for 6 years and maintained at 155 lbs which at the time I felt so over weight, but I'd do anything to go back to that weight. And when I mean aything, i mean, giving up my favorites, like Italian food, soda and sweets!!!

I love pasta too! I loved it a bit too much....helped me get up to 239 pounds. :(

I hated the idea of giving up something like that. The saving grace....shirataki noodles. Made with yam flour. You can buy it having anywhere from 0-10 calories for a cup. WOO HOO!
LOVE IT!!!

Now, I'm 118. And I still eat pasta.
