Previous Diets

I've never followed any specific diets, apart from the "freaking out if I go over 500 calories and don't exercise for at least 2 hours a day" one for a while. Which works, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. I definitely take a much healthier approach to weight loss these days.

Favorite Workouts

In my head I love running, but then when I actually try to do it, it just hurts. Same with cycling! I like strength training best, I think. Mostly because I get to check myself out in the mirror while doing it.

This is where I blank out. I was the biggest book-worm ever as a kid, but then I got older and there were no more series to read, like the Babysitters Club - they all had the same format! You knew you'd like them! I mostly read true crime now, I have a strange and rather morbid fascination with serial killers.

Other Interests

Music, film and television are my biggest interests! I've studied Audio Production and AudioVisual Technology, however I am not putting either of those qualifications to use in my current desk-job. Sigh. I also enjoy making others laugh, a cold beer on a hot day, nostalgia&reminiscing, random crushes, my cats, my dog, winter cuddles with my boyfriend, travel, cooking, computer games, pointless novelties, playing Uno (particularly WATERPROOF Uno or drinking-game Uno).
