I am now a graduate of high school and just trying to lose the weight I have been holding on to all throughout high school. Tired of being that fat kid and tired of being afraid to take my shirt off because of what people are thinking. I am ready to lose the weight and finally be proud of what I look like and who I am.

Way to take the lead in the Challenge. Keep up the good work, and maybe the rest of us will start to get on board. I'm hoping to get back at weight training soon, that is how I lost my weight in the last challenge. Plus (I never thought I'd say this) but I miss lifting weights/ doing the weight machines. The Lateral Pull-down and Leg Press are my favorite. Keep up the good work.
