Main Goal

One of my Main Goals is to be able to find exercise enjoyable again. My Main Goal for weight loss would be to loose 50lbs. I would also love to be able to get rid of my stomach, I would have to say that Is my Biggest Problem area.

Previous Diets

The PH miracle Diet, The Tuna Diet. I dont really try to many "fad" diets. I am more into nutritious eating. Most of the "fad" diets are just a loss of water weight and most of the time are very restrictive which causes people not to be able to stick with them. They are also very poor in nutrition.

Favorite Workouts

I used to Love the "EFX" machine at the Gym, but lately I dread it. I also Like to Jogg. But i enjoy any sports such as basketball or Baseball. Im not a pro Though.

Things To Do Before I Die

I want to accomplish my Goals short term and long term. I also am going to be successful in life. I have a strong interest in being a pharmacist or a doctor, I am very into the medical Field and Enjoy helping people. Want to earn my Bachelors Degree is Diettics, Foods and nutrition. I want to travel the world and See jamaica, The bahamas, Europe, see the Pyramids of Mesoamerica, The great pyramids of Egypt. scuba dive, see the Great barrier reef of australia. It probably sounds far Fetched but I also want to Creat the Ultimate Luxury Hotel and design The rooms and suites myself.

About Me

Well my name is Gilbert, Everyone Calls me Gil. I used to have the motivation to Hit the gym hard, I would be able to stay there for 3 hours...burning 2000 calories on cardio equipment, Than i would Do free weights and Stay in the sauna for a bit. I Lost alot of the weight that I had on back then. But ever since than i haven't been able to find that motivation in me anymore. I find it hard to motivate myself to hit the gym And continue it. I will stick to my diet and my Gym plan for about 2 weeks before I Just decide to give up again. I really want to be able to find that "spark" of motivation that Will make Exercise enjoyable for me once again, and I hope I can reach my short term weight loss goal of 30lbs. I have absolutely no problem with eating healthy. I am trying to get back on track STarting Monday. Which would be may 20th. My birthday is coming up in july and I will make it a point to start loosing weight again. I know that I can do it because I have done it before, its just a problem to get the ball rolling!

Good. How about you? I'm just trying to figure this whole website out. I'm brand new to this kind of thing. I'm hoping that it will help keep me motivated though!
