Ive been doin good, I started my diet two weeks before I found this website, I weighed myself today and Ive lost 9 pounds. So how have u been doin on your diet?

ok so doing the gym six times a week and very slowly losing weight. i have another 27 to lose before may 31st. the wedding is june 12. i wonder if it is even possible? hmmmmmm2 months? ish

well im not breat feeding but you sure can send that trainer my way lol im the same way with the food.. for about a week i just stoped eating BAD IDEA you gain when you do that because your body goes into starvation mode.. so i started eating small meals and more water.. walking about a mile everyday for right now.. hope your doing well

Sorry I didn't get back to your last post. "Eating Clean" is eliminating processed foods, white sugar, and white flour from your diet. It's easier than I thought it would be and I have been feeling great since!

im drinking water like its going out of style.. lol i was little tell i had my son and for 6months ive put on so much weight after having him... so i started yesterday and ive lost a pound lol ill get there.. im proud of you! your doing really well.. and a tip i have is.. i have this work out video thats awesome and so fun and it says to change your work out everyday do something diffrent..

sooooooo i got a trainer!! i drink water like a fish and im eating less !!! and making better choices...... anyone have any tips let me know.... im always interested..... knowledge is power!!:)

so far soo good.... i ate a protein bar, a banana, tuna, veggies, trail mix, some yogurt a spinach salad and two eggs:) yum yum....... lol..... i better weigh less tomorrow or else!

so it turns out im allergic to gluten....... which would explain the starving shaky feeling like everyhour..... especially after i eat a wheat product.... my body couldnt absorb it.. how pointless..... soooo today was day one ...... no gluten. some soy some nuts... rice crackers... small amounts and of course fruit veg and a tiny bit of meat.... oh and i had some yogurt..... i actually feel great... i didnt feel like i was starving.... not even a lil bit... amazing!!!
