How are things going?

Please finish filling out your profile and start journaling...people who do are WAY WAY WAY WAY more successful than people who don't.

Journal every day.
How you eat...
What exercise you do...
How you are feeling and what you are going through.
It's easier for me to encourage and help you if I know what you are going through daily.

Thank you for the encouragement. Your words of praise really mean more than you'll ever know.I have really thought about journaling so I'll have to give it a try.

Again, thanks for the encouragement. Check this off as one of your good deeds for the day. I now feel like the people on the insurance commercial who have something nice happen and they pass it on to someone else.

Congratulations!!!

10 pounds in 3 weeks!!!!

( ( happy dance for you ) )

I lost a lot here on wlw (121 pounds) so I know how daunting it feels at first. But with every 10 pounds your confidence will build. By the time I lost 80 pounds I had gotten myself out of obesity, and I thought...I GOT THIS. I can do anything!

You can too.

Finish filling out your profile and start journaling. Journaling is sooooo important in the beginning.
