I am re-engaging my "Bucket List" but here are a few: Fly in a private jet, helicopter, travel to each continent. I would like to do a mission project. It's important to me that Matt & Mason understand people are people, no matter where they live or the color of their skin. Best way to learn, is to experience it first hand.

There is also a workout program called Mommy wants her body back geared towards folks who have had babies that may be useful if you want dvd's that you can do at home and will fit into your schedule. :-) The website is www.mamawants.com Cheers!

Congrats on starting a new round. You may consider doing yoga or pilates for toning as these exercises are mild and won't stress you out as you lose. Good seeing you yesterday. I ran the drops thing by Scott. let me know when he is ready to start :-) Have a super day!

Drbassey, I introduced Nanci to Oopsie bread to be used for sandwiches and desserts. Makes me feel like I'm cheating when I go to a restaurant and order a hamburger with all the fixings and no bun. I bring my oopsie bread and it looks like I am indulging in major carbs. My weight is stable now, am in my 4th week of maintenance. I will be forwarding my Pastor's awesome chocolate recipe, which he is now using to make ganache for truffles, fudge, etc. He is a foodie, someone who can eat something and knows what is in it.
Question: Have you done the protein load suggested in the hcg diet secrets?
I was over 2# out once and did the protein load because I was sick of fasting till dinner: 2ggs for breakfast, steak for lunch and steak for dinner. I did that and was back in limits the next day without feeling deprived. I know it doesn't make sense, but it works.

How was your weekend? How's your maintenance going? I have to do ANOTHER steak day !!!! (2.4lbs over)I have eaten more steak in the last three weeks than I have in my entire life!:-) I guess not only will I know about different cuts of steak but I will be an expert on grilling steak also. Did you pick up any helpful tips from your Mom? Let me know if you did. Have a good great day!
