About Me
I live in Vancouver, BC. I use to be a World Cup Soccer player and personal trainer but now I spend most of my time sharing Isagenix and educating people about the benefits of nutritional cleansing!
I use to work out 2 times a day and now I'm lucky if I work out once a week. I'm excited to get more physically fit while having fun at the same time! I just hired a personal trainer and train with him 2 times per week.

Hey, thanks for the encouragement Nicole! I am so sore I can hardly breathe after my first workout yesterday..., but it's all good. I actually weighed myself and I've done quite a dramatic drop...I do feel it, but of course don't see it yet...Definitely losing water, as my ring is not as tight, nor are my shoes...(lean feet -- great start, anyway!), and I see less puffiness in my cheeks. Perhaps dropping some cortisol now, too, with the cleaner nutrition and putting some vitamins and exercise in!
When I was walking home from skytrain today, up the little bitty hill and puffing & sweating -- I thought, "HOW does Nicole do that Grouse Grind?" !!! So, look at that -- talked to ya once, read your entries on WWW -- and voila, you're in my brain! Thanks for your contact!

Hey Nicole! I should be around in the morning, unless I finally get my buttinski out the door to Fitness World...but I will be back! Look forward to discussing the cleanse factor with ya! Thanks!

Hey Nicole! You're calling the right #, I've just been very busy at the hospital with my son and have been getting home late. I would like to talk with you over the weekend if possible, as I really see a need to do a good cleanse and have an interest in the Isagenix product. Also, would be great to make connection with someone in my "hood"! Thanks for your contact, and hopefully we can speak this weekend. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU BEEN TO THE GYM THIS WEEK???!!!! Hope your goals are progressing the way you want them to!

Hey there. I am going to try to phone you later in the day. I am in Coquitlam -- about a block from Lougheed Town Centre/Skytrain! Immediate goal is to join Fitness World this week and buy another DiscMan to keep me movin' to the beats! Would love to get started on the Isagenix if I can work it into this week's budget; if not, it will be in next week's budget for sure! I'm at 604-936-2372! Thanks for the communication!

Hey Nicole! Thanks for your comment. I will give you a call later today. I was thinking last night that I definitely need to start my change for life with a cleanse. How could I have let that slip my mind? Wow. And hats off to you on the Grouse Grind! What a great cardiovascular and full-body workout THAT is! I would not be capable of that one at this stage of my "re-fitness program"!

Hi Nicole. What a very small world, as I, too, am in Vancouver, BC. How is your personal trainer working out (ha-pun intended!)? Had a friend who was involved with Isagenix, but we're out of touch. Would love to discuss the product(s) with you; might be something for me to try as well. (Whoa -- seeing my bootie on your page sure is another rude awakening; certainly won't show my face until that booty looks better!!)

Hey Nicole! Thanks for your post. Things going good, though I've been too busy to get the exercise & cardio into real gear. Finally secured my next and final employment contract yesterday, so I'm now set in that category until we relocate to Vancouver Island in late Spring 08.
So basically, I have been eating clean 100 percent for 6 days, with one "treat meal" on the 7th...Now learned my body cannot tolerate whatsoever processed carbs & sugars, but it's good to know that it is what truly makes me suffer, so I've lost the desire to have it now. Treats for me have now changed, to savoury foods -- which is a far better choice of comfort food!
Scale moving more slowly right now, but I understand that am okay with it. I know it will plunge again when I'm able to get the exercise & cardio on track consistently -- likely from this coming weekend!
I haven't read your journal, but how is your own exercise consistency coming?
I'm still considering the Isagenix cleanse programme...just getting my financial ducks in a row!
Thanks again for your post!
