About Me
I created this account before I got pregnant, and now I have a one year old boy! I have gained some weight over the past year - mayhaps 25 pounds. I am ready to get serious about losing.
I remember how good I felt when I weighed 144 - how confident I was and how together I felt. I was seriously radiant - inside and out - and I want it back!

hey tracy,
I'm doing O.K. I know I need to change my eating habits. My blood pressure was 156/100 the other night and I have a doctor's appointment this week so I hope they put a scare into me. Hopefully with a doctor telling me what I already know will help a little. It's just so hard. My mom and dad both had hypertension starting in their 30s so I will probably need some medication but my poor eating habits are not helping either. How are you doing? Hopefully better than me!

Tracy, How ya doin? Me not so well. I wake up every day with the best intentions, and then I screw up. I am doing much better with exercise. Any tips? Last night my six year old had a friend over and they wanted pizza, so guess who had some with them. One or two pieces would have been fine, but I'm too embarrased to even tell you how much I had. I never thought I'd end up like this. If I keep going at this rate I'll clog my arteries and stroke out. Sorry, I'm just really down today. Any motivation appreciated!

Hi Tracy - Yeah, if your profile is private then your journal entries won't show up on the adventures in health page. Hey - question for you. Are you using the motivator features? I'm wondering if people know about them, or if we should do a better job explaining what those features are. We just added a new tool to those features, you can read about it on the blog tab. anyway, let me know if you are using the motivator feature and what suggestions you have (if any) on how to make that feature more obvious. thanks!

Have you stopped since the competition ended? I've been all over the charts the past week. Hopefully I'm back on track. Anyhoo, hope you're progressing toward your goal.
