Sound's like a good plan, log your exercise minute's so I can check in. I have a family member in the hospital, so I'm propably not get many workouts in this week, but I'm trying to get in a routine of walk/jog 5 days a week for 30 min. I'm determined to be in better shape for the summer.

Hey strager, I see that u r slacking come on now you can do it, try small portions steam everything not fried, no fat not sugar or starch, try for two weeks. Nice to hear from you, drink lots of water. Holla back!
